This course is a safe and effective method of delivering Mixed Martial Arts during Personal Training and Group Fitness classes.
This intensive training will provide the following learning objectives:
- To develop and upgrade teaching skills in a 1:1 and group MMA training environment;
- To up skill the trainer’s knowledge in communication and motivational strategies in order to build a positive and lasting relationship with their Private and Group Fitness clients;
- To supply the students with a format to be able to deliver a safe MMA Group Training Class, to observe and correct effectively during the training session and with the best possible outcome;
- The aim of this course is to give qualified fitness professionals the skills and techniques to perform and teach MMA for Group Fitness Classes in a safe and effective manner. By the end of this course, attendees should be able to practically demonstrate and execute correct MMA and MMA instruction techniques in a class format.
